About the Author

Marsha MiddletonRev. Dr. Marsha Middleton currently serves as the Senior Pastor at First UMC Grand Prairie. Previously, she served as the Board of Ordained Ministry Officer for the North Texas Conference, where she assists candidates for ordination and licensing. She is also a sought-after speaker for Sunday School classes and small groups, bringing practical theological wisdom to bear in a way that is both approachable and applicable.

Marsha holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Austin College, an M.Div. from Perkins School of Theology and a D.Min. in Evangelism, also from Perkins.

Marsha is passionate about church renewal and has a heart for sharing Wesleyan faith with others. She is married to Blake, a software engineer. They have two children, Hannah and Ben.
