Connect with others in the clergy covenant through cohorts. You will form the agenda as a cohort, the cohort leaders will utilize skills adopted from our co-active coach approach of deep listening, powerful questions, expanding possibilities and so forth to mine the wisdom and experience of the group for transformational conversation. Confidentiality and brave space are foundational to the success of clergy cohorts. There will be no required content, reading or preparation unless the whole group chooses to do so.
