New Labor Laws – Effective July 1, 2024
Employee classifications or salary changes for full-time salaried employees who are not Clergy goes into effect July 1. These are very important changes that happen in July 2024 and again in January 2025.

Paychex has partnered with Wespath to assist with managing the nuances of payroll related to clergy, our health insurance options and the ever-changing retiree benefit laws. Additionally, churches will receive a 35% discount for signing up through Wespath.
