Yes. Go through the registration process and when you get to the Billing section click on Offline (in the payment method field). Mail your check to North Texas Conference, P.O. Box 866128 Plano, Texas 75086-6128 Attn: Kim Kaufman. You will get an email telling you that your registration is complete after we receive your check.

If you did not create an account during the registration process, you will have to do so now. In your registration confirmation email scroll to the bottom and click View Receipt. Click the Set Up Account Now button. Click Claim My Account button. An email will be sent to you, open it and click the Activate Your Account button. Select a password, check your personal information then click on the Registration tab to be taken to your form. To add another person, click Add Registrant. To edit your form, click Edit.

Meals will not be sold onsite, they must be purchased online during the registration process. Offerings will be collected at both worship services. Coffee and snacks will be offered at no charge, however, a “love offering” is appreciated.

Yes. When you register, please select the Commissionee/Ordinand dinner on Monday night. You will be able to include up to 2 guests if you are being commissioned and up to 4 guests if you are being ordained. Because this dinner is free, the honoree's guests do not need to register.
Yes. Guests that paid for a meal need a badge as proof of purchase. You may add your spouse to the same registraton form that you fill out.

St. Andrew UMC has ample parking throughout its campus (at the corner of W. Plano Parkway and Mara Vista Blvd.). Additional parking is available at Shepton High School (less then a mile east of St. Andrew). Shuttle buses will run continuously between the school and St. Andrew. Volunteers will assist with parking at peak times.
Printed workbooks are available for purchase ($20) until April 30 via the registration form. They will be mailed in May. Digital workbooks will be available for download starting May 11.
Yes. Childcare is available at St. Andrew UMC all three days of the conference. You MUST sign up your child/children. Click here to register.
