Job Description
FUMCR Youth Ministry offers a welcoming, purposeful and fun atmosphere where students (7th grade through college) can find a place to grapple with the difficult questions of faith and emerge as young adults with purpose and a heart for service.
This position is highly relational and requires establishing and building relationships with students and their parents. It involves collaborating to dream, plan and implement youth programs which include United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF), Bible study, service projects and youth trips/events/outings.
Qualifications
- At least 25 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience working with students
Hours
- Full-time – 36 hours/week
- Sunday – Thursday including some evenings
