Child Care Director — Full-Time Licensed Early Learning Center
Saginaw, TX
Little Blessings Early Learning Center, a ministry of Saginaw United Methodist Church, is expanding from a part-time program to a faith-based, full-time licensed center operating Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM.
We are seeking a qualified and mission-driven Child Care Director to lead this transition and oversee daily operations in compliance with Texas HHSC standards.
Qualifications:
- Meets Texas Director credential requirements
- CPR/First Aid certified
- 3+ years licensed childcare director experience, including ages infants to 5 years
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Licensing compliance
- Staff hiring and supervision
- Enrollment growth and family engagement
- Curriculum oversight
- Financial stewardship
Salary: $52,000 + performance bonus potential
