Job Description: Administrative Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator provides key support for the Center for Multiplication by managing grant-related processes, ensuring financial accountability for grant recipients, and maintaining strong communication with churches and campus ministries. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skill, and a commitment to stewardship and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Covenant administration: Manage covenant processes for multiplication grants, including coaching, onboarding, and ongoing support for participating churches and campus ministries.
- Grant reconciliation: Oversee the collection and organization of documentation required for financial grant reconciliation.
- Box.com compliance: Assist with compliance oversight by ensuring timely and accurate uploads to Box.com and other organizational systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in grant or financial management, reconciliation, or similar responsibilities preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort working in a church-affiliated nonprofit setting and supporting mission-focused programs.
Hours & Compensation:
- 20-30 hours per month at $30/hour.
