THE HORIZON TEXAS CONFERENCE OF

THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

Temporary Position

 

The Horizon Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with uploading clergy and church photos into our Salesforce system. This temporary project involves organizing and accurately uploading approximately 600 clergy and 377 church photos.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Upload clergy and church photos in Salesforce.
  • Ensure each photo is correctly matched with the appropriate record.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in data entry.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in basic computer use and organizing digital files.
  • Learns and applies new information efficiently.
  • Comfortable performing routine or repetitive tasks.
