Collaborate with the Pastor of Family Ministries on logistics and implementation of parent studies and events. 

Partner with the Director of Children’s Ministries to plan and execute special events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, VBS, Fall Fest, and Kids’ Night Out. 

Work with the Family Ministry team to plan and coordinate cross-functional events for both children’s and youth ministries. 

Utilize technology to create and manage event registration forms. 

Model and maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for staff, children, and families during all Family Ministry programs and events. 

Collaborate with the Family Ministry team to strategically vision, develop, organize, implement, and supervise all Family Ministry programs, activities, trips, and events. 

Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events and programs. 

Assist in the communication and promotion of events through church channels, including social media, email, and printed materials. 

Ensure documentation for events and programs is turned in and updated as necessary. 

Assist in managing event budgets and coordinating necessary supplies and materials. 

Other duties as assigned by the Pastor of Family Ministries, Director of Children’s Ministries, or Director of Youth Ministries.
