Job Description

The UTA Wesley Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead a vibrant, inclusive campus ministry at The University of Texas at Arlington. This position involves fostering spiritual growth, building community relationships, empowering staff and students, and ensuring financial sustainability through strategic fundraising. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Divinity or a related field, possess proven leadership experience in campus ministry or similar settings, and demonstrate a commitment to nurturing an open and affirming community aligned with United Methodist values.
