Traditional Worship Worship Team Special Worship Experiences

Associated Tasks for Traditional Worship:

• Lead, schedule, and organize the choir and hand bell ministries.

• Oversee and lead the Associate Director of Traditional Worship (Pianist)

• Lead the congregation in joyfully singing traditional music.

• Create a culture of celebration in the traditional worshipping community.

• Create experiences and moments within worship that help persons encounter God.

• Engage and inspire musically inclined persons to utilize their gifts to lead others in worship through instrumentation or ensembles.

• Connect with the congregation via social media, conversation, or otherwise to build relationships and assess needs/passions of congregation with regards to worship.

• Communicate regularly with Senior Pastor, Director of Communications, media volunteers, and applicable musicians to ensure cohesion and relevance.

• Work with the Worship Team to ensure cohesion and excellence.

  Associated Tasks for Special Worship Experiences:

• Lead or find leadership for needed music for special worship experiences (ex: funerals, concerts, etc.)
