Julie Noel's Bio
Julie B. Noel, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a Texas-licensed/ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist in private practice in Dallas, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric speech-language disorders. A member of Highland Park UMC, she has served in a variety of United Methodist Women (UMW) leadership positions at the local, district and conference levels. Julie has served as the president of North Texas Conference UMW and as a member of the NTC UMC Board of Laity since 2019.
