Susan Anderson's Bio
Susan Anderson, the North Texas Conference Director of Lay Servant Ministries, grew up in Bering Memorial Methodist Church in Houston, where she was baptized, confirmed and married. Susan has been a member of Lake Cities UMC in Lake Dallas since 1977. She has served Lake Cities in nearly every leadership capacity, and is currently Lay Leader as well as President of Lake Cities UMW. Anderson’s Lay Servant Ministries journey began in October 2002 with the Basic course at historic Cochran Chapel UMC in Dallas. Susan is a Certified Lay Servant, Certified Lay Speaker and Certified Teacher of LSM courses in the NTC.
