Job Description

First United Methodist Church Grand Prairie, is searching for an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate Director of Music Ministries to rebuild a program that has struggled post-pandemic.

This position is part-time, and will require approximately 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Leading, conducting, and/or arranging for music leadership at two traditional worship services on Sunday morning
• Conducting and providing leadership for adult choir rehearsals on Wednesday evenings
• Working with the Senior Pastor to plan music for services throughout the Christian year including Holy Week, Christmas Eve, etc.
