Job Description
Saint Michael and All Angels, a resource sized Episcopal parish in the heart of Dallas, is seeking a veteran leader and committed follower of Jesus Christ to provide adaptive leadership and departmental oversight to the Children and Family Ministry (birth-5th grade). The primary goal of the ministry is to build faith, form disciples of Jesus Christ and equip parents to disciple their children.
With a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, the Director of Children and Family Ministry will be responsible for supporting and empowering volunteers, equipping parents as faith builders at home and serving as advocates for children in the church life. A particular emphasis on ministry for parents in their own faith formation and that of their children will be important.
