The Operations Manager handles all oversight, coordination and scheduling of building and staff at Oak Lawn UMC:
- Operation coordination with Facilities Manager (building scheduling and maintenance, IT, department staff (internal and external), vendor relationships)
- Operation coordination with Outreach Manager (Operations coordination, staffing/scheduling, appropriate decision making)
- Human Resources (payroll, personnel files, background checks, etc.)
- Personal Assistant and scheduler for senior pastor
These responsibilities include ensuring all facets of Business & Outreach Operations align with the vision and mission of Oak Lawn UMC. This position reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
College degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred. Minimum 5 years work experience is also required.
Salary is commensurate with relevant experience and background.
