Job Description
Martin United Methodist Church, in Bedford, seeks a Director of Student Ministries to work with the Lead Pastor, program staff and lay leadership, to provide leadership, vision, development and direction to a ministry that connects to junior high and high school students and their families. This ministry with students will empower them to claim their faith, grow in their faith and live in their faith.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week)
Qualifications
- A faithful and engaging hope in Jesus Christ
- An understanding of the Bible and unique theology of the United Methodist Church.
- A cooperative and flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
- Student ministry or teaching experience is preferred
