Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain weekly attendance records within ACS for worship, children, youth and adults
  • Coordinate membership and keep it current 
  • Initiate communication with all first-time attendees, via email or phone call
  • Coordinate with church volunteers for Mapping/Mugging Ministry
  • Work with church leadership to plan Invitation to Grace Avenue, to include coordinating with event host, compiling mailing list and managing electronic invitation
  • Conduct church tours and provide information to prospective members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Word and Excel are essential
  • Special projects, as needed

  • Must be reliable with managing work-flow on tight, recurring deadlines
