Job Description

The position of Front Office/Database Coordinator will include the following tasks:

  • Welcome people into church office/answer phones
  • Keeping up church management database/clean-up/merging duplicate profiles
  • Entering and updating member profiles
  • Group maintenance and assistance to group leaders
  • Maintaining the Book of Life and membership cards
  • Managing event registrations (creating registrations not created by department heads)
  • Realm custom queries and reports
  • Fielding Realm questions from members/guests and troubleshooting problems with tech support
  • Keeping up with Realm updates and disseminating them to affected departments
  • Training staff on Realm as needed
  • Attendance

Qualifications

  • Evidence of Christian faith and Christian character
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in MC Office Suite and church management software
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to follow through with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain focus and patience in a busy work environment
