Job Description

The Director of Ministries for Youth and Families will create ministry for youth, grades 6-12, to nurture their faith, build relationships and experience church as a community of love and belonging in God’s grace. At FUMCLR we are seeking to create a youth ministry that centers on relationships with God, one another and our neighbors.

Applicants should hold  a high value on inclusion for all people. FUMCLR is an active church in downtown with a mission to be good neighbors to make Little Rock a place where all God's children THRIVE.
