Job Description

Couts United Methodist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to collaboratively plan and lead dynamic and creative worship. There is currently one Sunday “blended” worship service at 10:30 a.m. with 100-120 consistently in worship, as well as a once/month evening contemplative/Taize service.

In addition to leading through singing, the Worship Leader leads, manages and rehearses with the praise band, which consists of volunteer vocalists and instrumentalists.

Couts UMC is located in Weatherford, Texas, about 20 miles west of Fort Worth. Weatherford/Parker County is in a period of significant growth and the church is growing as well.
