Job Description

Couts UMC, a member of the Central Texas Conference, is seeking a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) Director of Children’s Ministry to provide vision, leadership and direction for a growing children’s ministry. The Director of Children’s Ministry provides dynamic vision, leadership, development and management to a ministry that supports, equips, and empowers children and families from birth-fifth grade as they grow in their relationships with God and others.

Couts UMC is located in Weatherford, Texas, about 20 miles west of Fort Worth and consistently has about 100-115 people in worship. Weatherford/Parker County is in a period of significant growth and the church is growing as well.
