2022 Statistics Check-Out Training

Options: 10:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. (they will be identical, you only need to pick one to attend)

Every January local churches, satellites, mission congregations, and new church starts are required to report their annual statistics from the previous year in a process called “Check-Out.”

The general United Methodist Church has changed the portal for reporting 2022 statistics, so the conference is providing training in the use of the new portal. All the statistical information that is collected for 2022 is the same as 2021, but the portal has changed. The new system is called ACStats or ACS for short. It stands for Annual Church Statistics.

The session will be recorded and available on the conference website after these events. 

The training will cover the following:

  • Logging into the portal
  • Entering the statistics
  • Further help on answering some statistical questions

We expect this Check-Out Day Statistics Training to last no longer than an hour, and we hope that whomever in your church is responsible for completing these forms will attend.
